Every session is about you, and how I can best help you using the tools that I have gained over the years.

I do not subscribe to a one size fits all massage.

I will always do a full intake to define your specific needs, goals and preferences.

You will not get a cookie cutter massage.

In general I use; movement, both passive and active, deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, Swedish and myofasical release.
